Set to open this month, this restaurant is in this city through the partnership of Hong Kong’s Homegrown Foods and The Moment Group. The opening ceremony will be presided over by the chief executive Vinny Lauria and Todd Darling who is the founder of Homegrown Foods who are already in the town. Lauria confirmed to the Media that the restaurant will be offering Italian cuisine in honor of his grandparent tradition. He also acknowledged that they will be blending with the local taste in order to serve the local market. This will make Linguini Fini very distinct from the rest in this industry a thing that will definitely give it an edge in Manila market.
Lauria also mentioned that their customers in manila will have a unique and different experience. The dishes will be very different from the Hong Kong’s. They will make good use the local material to come up with the best dishes. For just one example; the manila branch will provide a pizza topped with garlic longganisa which is popularly known as Filipino sausage. This will be a good combination of the local and the foreign taste.
