Dubbed as the premier safari park in the country, Cebu Safari and Adventure Park is one of the region’s newest attractions for fun-filled family adventures. The park sprawls over 170 hectares and is a haven to more than a thousand animals that come from 120 different species. Nestled in the beautiful hills of Carmen, just a short drive away from Cebu City, the park offers guests a fun and educational experience through its many attractions and facilities.
Cebu Safari and Adventure Park is owned by horse aficionado and orchid collector, Senyorito Michel Lhuillier, and his business partner, Mr. Eduard J. Loop. The park is envisioned to become the country’s leading safari destination where guests can interact and harmonize with the flora and fauna. It aims to become a world-class center that not only provides patrons with educational entertainment but also promotes biodiversity protection and a deeper appreciation for our nature.
Cebu Safari and Adventure Park currently has four main attractions that guests can explore and enjoy: Michel’s Garden, Gardens of the World, African Savanna, and White Lion Safari. Michel’s Garden is a walking trail that features a diverse 40-year old collection of orchids, while Gardens of the World takes guests to a beautiful tunnel of plants where one can discover a wonderful assortment of flowers and landscapes that represent all seven continents of the world.
Guests can take a thrilling safari ride at the African Savanna, where they can enjoy close encounters with zebras and antelopes. Another must-visit attraction is the White Lion Safari where visitors can ride a safari truck for an amazing 15-minute ride through the white lion’s habitat.
Discover more about Cebu Safari’s birds as they entertain you with their incredible tricks and talents at the Bird Show. The show features majestic aviary animals such as chattering lories, macaws, crowned cranes, as well as the regal Philippine sea eagle, Philippine hawk, and Philippine owl.
Patrons are also invited to meet and greet the park’s friendly farm animals at the Petting Zoo. Discover how the park’s keepers feed and care for safari animals such as tigers and giraffes during their Animal Feeding schedule.
For more thrill and excitement, the park also features exhilarating attractions for adrenaline-seekers. Ride through a bumpy jungle road at the ATV Ride which features different trails made for different levels. The park’s 1.3-kilometer Zip Line ride lets guests zip through the wilderness, 671 meters above sea level. They also have the Sky Bike where one can explore the beautiful jungle on two wheels while suspended 150 meters above the ground.
Cebu Safari and Adventure Park is open 8 am to 5 pm, Wednesday to Sunday and also during holidays.
